The new song of the week video series started in July 2010 as a challenge to myself to finish more of the songs I began.  I don't manage one every week but some great songs have resulted and the whole family's gotten involved in the videos.  Collected videos here.  Audio .mp3s here.  Song lyrics here.

When I See the Lights Again

Finished on December 11 and recorded live at an open mike in Lincoln, MA on December 12, this song is for all the parents of grown children looking forward to gathering their families together for the holidays.  Kenny Selcer (who heard the song only moments before performing it) joins me on guitar.

Scary People

Written for Halloween 2011, although it didn't quite get recorded in time.  Featuring daughters Emma and Grace on some great harmonies and a bunch of scary video clips recorded by Grace and me.

You Can't Lose (If You Don't Play)

The new song video series returns from an August hiatus with this country-ish tale of lost love.  Maybe not my most profound work, but a pretty melody and a fun song to sing.

Everybody's Saying (You Can't Do That)

An anthem of sorts for all the great part-time songwriters and performers I've met the past couple of years who put great work out there every chance they get without any expectation of "making it."

Looking Through My Father's Eyes

A song for Father's Day, written and recorded on June 19, 2011, in appreciation of my own father and all those who help us see the wonder of the world more clearly.
